CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
Listen, measure, and improve
Regularly ask customers about their experience, and make it easy to share both positive feedback and concerns. Review that feedback alongside useful measures such as satisfaction, successful outcomes, unresolved complaints, and repeat business when repeat purchases make sense for your offering.
Look for recurring patterns and explore why customers recommend you, return, or stop using your business. Interpret behavior in context, since a customer may simply have no current need.
Use what you learn to improve communication, service, policies, or staff training, and check whether those changes help. Where practical, let customers know how their feedback contributed to an improvement.
