THE O(1) APPROACH

Good improvements start
with paying attention.

I look at how work actually happens: the people, the processes, the information, and the decisions connecting it all. Then I turn what I see into practical recommendations.

Sometimes the answer is a better process. Sometimes it's a clearer responsibility or a useful tool. Technology and AI are part of the toolkit when they help your business.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we begin.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Businesses across industries. Every business has customers, value to deliver, finances, people, information, and decisions to manage. The assessment starts with how those functions work in your particular business.

Is the roadmap really free?

Yes. The agreed assessment and prioritized roadmap are free, with no obligation to buy anything. The roadmap explains what I recommend changing and why. Detailed implementation planning, guidance, and hands-on work are separate paid services.

Who implements the changes?

Your team normally implements them. You can use the roadmap independently or purchase a detailed plan and agreed guidance. You can also hire me to lead or carry out a defined project, now or after you've evaluated initial results.

Does this mean adding AI or new software?

Only when it helps solve the problem. An improvement might be a clearer responsibility, a better handoff, a simpler process, or a useful tool. Technology and AI are options, and recommendations follow the needs of your business.

What will paid help cost?

The price depends on the agreed scope. Implementation plans are offered at a fixed price. Before any paid work starts, you'll know the deliverables, each party's responsibilities, the guidance included, and the cost.
